BILL NOT TO FIX THEM. ROOM FOR FLUCTUATIONS. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 22. The actual guaranteed price to be paid to dairy farmers will not be fixed in the projected Bill said the Prime Minister (Hon. St. J. Savage) in a interview to-night. Provision is made for the actual price to he paid by the Government to be fixed from time to time by 'Order-in-Council. In the main the measure provides machinery for the payment of a price for dairy produce which will cover costs of production and in addition allow the producer reasonable living expenses. The Bill was now practically completed and would he ready for introduction in the House some time next week.
