CORDIAL RELATIONS.
ATHENS. April 21-.
The Premier (General Metaxas) says the Government is informing Turkey that it is not opposed to the refortification of the Dardanelles. He added that the report that Rumania was opposed to fortification was. untrue. iTlie Balkan Entente—-Greece, Turkey. Rumania and Yugoslavia—were solid and cordial in their relations.
