RANGITIKEI.

MARTON, April 18. The fortnightly meeting of tho Loyal Marton Lodge, M.U., 1.0.0. F.. was held last evening. Reports showed, that two members were on the sick list. Three new members were proposed. Correspondence of a routine nature was dealt with. A member from Dannevirke” Lodge, now resident in the Marton district, presented a letter of recommendation, and was welcomed to the lodge. Another visitor from hape was also welcomed. The intended degree lodge was postponed as several of those intending to take degrees were not present. Nurse Jean Johnston, of the Masterton Hospital staff, is staying with her parents at Turakina. Mr E. Maliony has returned to Kaponga after spending Ea.ster with his parents. Mrs Iv. Watts, of Wellington, is visiting Marton.
