APPEAL REFUSED.

Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 20. Tlie Court of Appeal to-day refused the application of Percy William Mills for a reduction of the sentence of two years’ imprisonment with hard labour imposed on him in February last by Mr Justice Smith, when he was convicted of obtaining certain sheep skins, valued at approximately £9B, by false pretences.
