POWER SUPPLY.
IN AUCKLAND AREA. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, April 20. 'The Auckland Power Board this afternoon is considering a scheme for changing over the remaining portion of the direct current area to alternating current. The cost involved is approximately £306,900, allowing for the added loading during the next ten years. The board aims at financing the scheme so as not to upset the finances of the organisation.
