NOTES.

For the first time in its history a service was held in St. Paul's Presbyterian Church on Good Friday morning. Rev. A. L. Dixon conducted the service and tin; congregation was of moderate numbers. Crowded congregation assembled at St. John's Church, yesterday, for the special .Easter Day services conducted by Ven. Archdeacon P. H. Petrie. The evening service was fully choral, the- anthem "Rejoice and Be Glad" being well rendered by the choir.
