MOTOR GYMKHANA.

Keen interest is being taken in the motor gymkhana to be held on tho Woodville Racecourse oir Easter Monday, commencing at 11 a.m. There are six events for cars, and thoso have been arranged so that any one may enter. Entry fees are nominal and the races should provide the maximum of entertainment. Included is a race for “derelict” cars, and some rare old models arc anticipated. Then there are events for : “baby cars,” an acceleration tost, backing competition, obstacle race and car potato race. The programme includes five cycle races and numerous flat races, while there will bo many novelty events. Luncheon and afternoon tea will ho available, while there will ho a booth on the grounds. A thrilling feature will be a parachute display by G. W. Sellars, tho ’plane being piloted by Flying-Ofiieer Buckcridge. A limited number of passenger flights will be made during tho day.
