1-TELDS ABOUND LONDON. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, March 28. A report which will come before the London Country Council on Tuesday records substantial progress with the sciieme to establish a “green belt” round Outer London, which will constitute, a definite break in the spread in six counties at a cost of £713,000 has already been provisionally approved. The purchase of about 18,000 acres of building developments.
