AFTERNOON TEA FUNCTION.

Miss Aisla. Varcoe an<l Miss Eileen Trask, who are shortly to be married, were guests of honour at an afternoon tea. function on Tuesday. Representatives of the various Public Service departments were present, and the function was held in the Rosco tearooms.

The hostess, Miss Joyce O’Neil, greeted the guests wearing a smart navy ensemble. Miss Varcoe was frocked ‘in scarlet velour and Miss Trask was attired in a frock of patterned silk.
