DUTIES COMMENCE. (British Official Wireless). RUGBY, March 17. ' Sir Thomas Instkip will probab’/y take up his duties as Minister for Co-ordination of Defence on Thursday. He will be succeeded as AttorneyGeneral by Sir DonaW Somerville, whose present office of SolicitorGeneral will, it is understood, be filled probably after Easter by Mr Terence O’Connor, M.P.
