NEW WORKSHOP.

AT TECHNICAL SCHOOL. APPLICATION FOR GRANT. With the new Technical School loom in King Street expected to be ready for occupation at the beginning of next term, the Palmerston North High Schools Board and Technical School Committee, last evening, decided to make an application to the Education Department for a grant to cover the cost of fitting up and equipping the building as an engineering workshop.

Authority is to be sought to convert the old workshop into a motor and electrical shop which can also be used for junior workshop practice.
