CIVIL ESTIMATES.
BRITISH FIGURES RISE • (British Official Wireless.! RUGBY, March 15. Civil estimates for a total of £9,400,128, showing an increase of £644,382 over the figures for the current year, are issued to-day. The Estimates include the Foreign Office, diplomatic and consular services, the League of Nations., the Dominions and Colonial Offices, and other overseas services. The estimate for non-effective ■Oiargca—pensions- —which is also issued, shows a net decrease of £1,001,487 over the current year at a total of £44,988,108.
