THEATRE CONTROL.

Per Press Association. WELLINGTON. Feb. 12. By an arrangement completed to-dav between Warner Bros. Pictures and the De Luxe Theatre Co., Ltd., the operation of the De Luxe Theatre, Wellington, now comes under the direct control of Warner Bros, and the De Luxe Theatre Company. This is believed to he the first time a controlling interest in a theatre in New Zealand has been taken by a picture-producing company.
