OWNERSHIP QUESTION. Received February 12, 12 noon. LONDON, Feb. 11. In the House of Commons, Mr J. H. ’Thomas said the question of ownership of the Pacific Islands of Jarvis, Baker and Howland was being investigated. The islands have been the scene of United States observations in connection with the air route.
