NAZIS ABROAD.

ELIGIBLE FOR AVAR SERVICE. MAY BE CALLED UP. Received February 13, 12.5 p.m. BERLIN, Feb. 12. A new decree makes liable to conscription and the compulsory labour laws all Aryan Germans abroad, even if they have, taken out new naturalisation papers. Each when called up for military or labour service must report to the Consul and provide his own passage to Germany. The Consuls will be required to keep a list of all eligible persons in their territory.
