SERIOUS BURNS

CONTACT WITH LINE. Per Press Association. WAIROA, Feb. 11. Ray Nicolson, aged about 34, single, met with a v4ry serious accident this afternoon at the Waikaremoana power scheme. He was found in an outstation badly burned, apparently as a result of coming in contact with a 30,000-volt line. At present it is unknown how the accident occurred. After first aid had been given he was conveyed to Wairoa Hospital. His condition is serious.
