REMAND FOR SENTENCE,

A verdict of guilty was returned in tlie Supreme Court to-day when Eric John Jones was charged with obtaining in January, 1935, three 400-gallon iron tanks by false pretences. On this charge and on a further charge of breaking, entering, and theft of clothing from a Wellington shop, to which lie pleaded guilty, Jones was remanded for sentence.
