During the past week the butter market has been steady in tone, while a quiet tendency has ruled on the cheese market. Current quotations are as follow, those for the previous weke being included in parentheses: — Danish, 116 s (116 s). Choicest salted: New Zealand, 91s to 92s (92s to 935) ; Australian, PUs to 9ls (9ls to 925). Unsalted: iTow Zealand, ■'loos ho 102 s (100 s to 102 s); Australian, 98s (100 s). Cheese.—i\ew Zealand: Coloured, sos (58s); white, 52s (545). Australian: Coloured, Nominal (565); white, nominal (52s 6d).
