OBSERVATIONS IN GERMANY
Mr 11. S. Cropley, honorary superintendent of the Masonic School at ] Baulkham Hills, New South Wales,; who returned from a 12 months’ tour ; abroad, said he had seen several in-1 stances of harsh treatment of Jews I during his visit to Germany. j At Nuremberg he had seen pickets, forcibly entering Jewish shops. The police did not interfere'with the pickets and occasionally dispersed the l crowd which gat he reel to look on. At Gurmisch he had seen notices posted at the entrances to hotels and places of business stating that Jews would not be admitted.
