FEDERAL SEAMEN
UNION REORGANISATION. MELBOURNE, Jan. 21. Notwithstanding the harassing tactics of the Melbourne seamen, Mr Jacob Johnson is proceeding with his plans for reorganising the union. The Australian Council of Trades Unions has not yet deckled the position of the general secretaryship.
