ITALY’S OPERATIONS. (Times Cables.) LONDON, Jan. 17. 'The Times Rome correspondent says General Graziani’s success lias greatly encouraged the Italians, who declare the world is now assured that Italy, despite anti-Fascism, and untouched by two months of sanctions, will pursue her military operations, which are now entering on a fresh phase of activity. An Italian bomber made a forced landing in the Anglo-Egyptian Sudan, the authorities interning the four occupants.
