’VARSITY RUGBY.

COOPER CAPTAINS OXFORD. Received December 11, 1.40 p.m. LONDON, Dec. 10. In the Varsity Rugby match, Oxford was captained by the New Zealander, M. AX. Cooper, formerly of Massey College, the forward, with McS.liane, of Sydney, as half-back. It was the first draw since 1892. A Russian, Prince Obolensky, said to be the fastest man in Rugby, and a South African, J. H. Pienaar, also played for Oxford.
