VULNERABILITY OF LONDON. Received November 21, 12.15 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 20. Colonel W. W. Hill told a meeting that recent Air Ministry documents declared that any modern Power was able to drop 300 tons of bombs oil London, maintaining this rate indefinitely. During the last war fifty tons of b.ombs fell on London. The growth of electricity made it impossible to drop a bomb anywhere in London without smashing up some srevice.
