COMING OF AGE.

An enjoyable evening was spent on Tuesday when the conimg-ol-nge of'Messrs Henry Hnrtridge and George Menzies was celebrated. Daneinu and games were a feature of the evening. Musical items were contributed by Messrs R. Woods C. Andrews, and J. T. McHugh. An exhibition dance by Miss Amy Malco m and tenor solos by Mi J, McCarthy were an outstanding attraction, lhe rooms were gaily decorated wit streamers and the supper tables were daintily arranged with various shades of 1 roses, carnations, and Iceland poppies After presentations had been made to the guests of the evening, dancing continued until the early hours of the morning. Mr Charles Andrews acted as M.C.
