Received November 20, 10.40 a.m. SYDNEY, Nov. 20. The Minister of Works and Local Government (Mr E. S. Spooner) has been elected deputy-Leader of tile Parliamentary United Australia Party in succession to Mr R. AV. D. AVeaver, who resigned.
