CHEAP TELEGRAMS.
INCREASED TRAFFIC. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Nov. 18. During the first five months since the introduction of the Gd minimum rate for telegrams the . Post Office has dealt with over 4,500,000 more than in the corresponding period of last yeai, an increase of 30 per cent. The “Greetings” telegram has also proved remarkably popular.
