WORKSHOP FATALITY.
MISHAP AT OTAHUHU.

Struck on tho head by a hitching post during haulage operations at the Otahuhu railway workshops, George Kenneth Cawdron, married, aged 47, of Morningside, died a few hours later in the Auckland Hospital. This is the first fatal accident at the Otahuhu workshops since they were opened six years ago.
