BIG RISES EXPECTED
LONDON, Nov. 18,
The Daily Herald’s citv editor says that preparations are being made in the city for a further rise in armament and allied shares. Large dealers in Government securities are preparing for the early flotation of a big armaments loan. Meanwhile many shares have already risen to heights inconsistent with past profits on the expectation of future substantial profits on arms contracts.
