AUSTRIA AND ITALY. UNLIMITED MONETARY AID. FRESH POLITICAL DANGERS. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received October 22, 8.50 a.m. LONDON, Oct. 21. The Financial News says that, with Major Fey’s removal from the Cabinet, Austria’s economic assistance to Italy is only limited by her resources. Austro-ltalian negotiations are proceeding with a view to liquidating the 250,000,000 lire of Austria's debts to Italy as payment for exports to Italy. The Vice-Chancellor (Prince Starhemberg) has made it abundantly clear that lie intends to stand or fall with Italy, which precludes a formidable bloc with Germany and Poland. Nevertheless, a reduction of the Government’s supporters to a mere handful by the reshuffle renders Austria again a political danger spot.
