PLANS FOR NEW YORK. NEW”YORK, Sept-. 22. City officials announced to-day that a world’s fair commemorating the 150th anniversary of the establishment of the Federal Governn ent will be held in 1939-40 on a 1000-acre tract in Queen’s Borough. . It is expected that, tlie project will cost over 40,000,000 dollars.
