GENEVA DELEGATE RETURNS. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Sept. 16. Mr T. 0. Bishop, secretary of the New Zealand Employers’ Federation, who attended the meeting of the governing body of the International Labour Office at Geneva and was the New Zealand employers’ delegate at the International Labour Conference at Geneva, arrived back to-day by the Makura. He was not able to give anything for publication about the proceedings, having an official obligation to honour first.
