FLYING FOR ALL.- Henri Mignet (inset), a frenchman, making his first public appearance in his home-made "Flying Flea." It cost £7O to build, cheaper than the smallest car, and costs less to run, while it is claimed it is easier to drive and is almost crash proof. There is only one control—the joy stick Moved vertically, it moves the front wing, which is hinged. When elevated it causes the machine to climb, when lowered, to descend. Moved horizontally, the joystick moves the rudder to left or right.
