U.S. CHAMPIONSHIP.
AGAIN AVON BY LITTLE. CLEVELAND, Sept. 14. Lawson Little won the amateur golf championship of the United States for the second consecutive time by defeating Emery 4 and 2. In the semi-finals lie and Emery eliminated Goodman and Lynch respectively, the margin in each match being 4 and 3.
