Auckland.—Champion of champions : Richmond 26 v. Newton 1 Si. Phelan Shield final: Ponsonby 11 v. Mt. Albert 8. Stallard Cup: ” Marist 22 v. Ponsonby 8. Christchurch.—The Auckland touring Rugby League representatives beat Canterbury by 26 points to 13, in a fast and open encounter. The Canterbury backs were completely outclassed, and it was only splendid play by the forwards that kept the rearguard talent of the visitors in cheek.
