MACLEOD CLAN
A correspondent in the Scotsman, points out that in view of a Court decision in 1860 clans are illegal, and that neither the Victorian, Mr H. V. MacLeod, nor anyone else can claim the chieftainship. The family arms, he says, are now the property of Mrs Flora MacLeod.
