AL. CAPONE.
TO FACE FURTHER CHARGES. Although Al. Capone, the former Chicago gangster, has been in the penitentiary for several years, the Government has not yet closed the case against him. The Department of Justice on August 30 announced that it would immediately seek to collect 120,000 dollars in taxes from him and 14 of his associates in the illicit liquor traffic.
