SPANISH VILLAGE BALL.

Something in the way of a novel event takes place in Fcikling on September 9 when the Feilding Plunkct Society will stage a Spanish Villago Ball. A Stratford orchestra line; been engaged and ballots and special dances are being arranged. Those in preparation by Miss Owen Gibbs, of Palmerston North, include ballet cspagnola, the rumba by Miss Jean Reid and Mr Osborne, and the fnndiquilla by Miss ■Margaret Kerr, a noted performer from the south. Supper and refreshments will be sold on various stalls. With gay decorations, bright music and entertaining ballets, patrons aio assured of a jolly evening.
