All exhibits must be delivered in the Hall, benched, and ready for judging by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, November 6th, under the direction of the Steward in' charge. Exhibits by rail must be at the Palmerston North Railway Station not later than 12 noon, Wednesday, November 6th, and will be delivered to the Hall free of charge. All exhibits in the following Sections must be accompanied separately with a sealed envelope containing the name of the owner (inside) and the Class number in the Schedule on outside. In the event of non-com-pliance with this rule, exhibits may be refused for competition. All care will be taken, but the Committee will not, under any circumstances,. hold themselves responsible for loss, damage, or misdelivery of stock or goods exhibited at the Show. Positively no exception will be made to the above rules as to the delivery of exhibits, and no excuse for non-delivery at the proper time will be accepted. Exhibits arriving late may, however, be placed on the tables, but will be debarred from competition. Return of Exhibits will be made between 8 and 9 p.m., Saturday, November 9th, Exhibits not removed by 10 p.m. will be handed to charitable institutions. Exhibitors must state on entry form how they wish the exhibit disposed of after the Show. No professional or teacher of cookery allowed to compete.
