JUBILEE OF GORE.

CARNIVAL IN PROGRESS. Per Press Association. GORE, Aug. 28. Gore to-day is in gala garb for the public celebration of its jubilee as a municipality. The decorations are lavish and the town presents a brilliant picture at night, being festooned with coloured lights. A carnival programme includes processions, street dancing, and sports. The festivities will continue till Saturday night.
