BOY CHARGED WITH MURDER

A native boy, aged six, lias l>een charged with murder at Ladysmith, South Africa, but pending the inquest he is in the custody of his parents, as he is too young tor the Court to have any jurisdiction. He was herding cattle and threw a stone which hit another herder and fatally fractured the man’s skull.
