WAIHI HOSPITAL
SUPERINTENDENT RESIGNING. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Aug. 25. _ The crisis in the affairs of the Waihi Hospital became more acute last night when the medical superintendent (Dr L. R. I-letherington), maintaining his rhdit to control the staff, in the interests of the patients, in spite of being over-ruled hv the Hospital Boai'd, informed the hoard that he would resign. Dr ITetherington has been superintendent for five years.
