FRIENDLY SPIRIT.
EMPIRE TRADE FEELING. Received August 22, 8.5 a.m. TORONTO, Aug. 20. In an interview, Mr R. L. Butler (Premier of South Australia) said that if each section of the British Commonwealth traded with each other in a good and friendly spirit they would all benefit to a greater degree than when long-complicated trade agreements were drawn up.
