The temperatures in London this morning are higher than yesterday morning-, 79 degrees being registered at noon in London. Tho maximum temperature yesterday was recorded in Yorkshire —84 degrees. Eighty-two degrees were recorded in London this afternoon compared with 80 at the same time yesterday. DROUGHT UNBROKEN. THE ENGLISH SUMMER. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Aug. 20. Tho 30 days’ drought in southern Britain is still unbroken, and a period of fine weather with the highest temperatures of tho year is forecast. Last night’s minimum temperature in London was 63 degrees F. and tho thermometer reached 81 degrees this afternoon.
