T)ie committee in control of prices in France lias secured the agreement of butchers to a 10 per cent, cut in meat prices. “Methods of Mounting Stamps” is the subject on which Mr Renwick will speak at the meeting of the Philatelic Society in the Automobile Association rooms, Broadway, this evening. This will be of special interest to beginners who arc cordially invited to attend.
