SUPREME COURT.

Per Press Association. HAAIILTON, Aug. 20. True bills in seven of eight indictable charges were returned by the grand jury at the opening of the Supreme Court at Hamilton before Mr Justice Callun to-dny. The Court was occupied all day in hearing a charge of breaking and entering, and theft against Ernest Edwin Newton, aged 24; Don Rudolph Alelhose, aged 23; and Graham Wilfred Morton, aged 24 Alelhose pleaded guilty and the others not guilty.
