COMMUNIST PROPAGANDA. AVORLD-AVIDE INFLUENCE. IN ALL SPHERES. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) ' Received August 3, 11.40 a.m. LONDON, Aug. 2. The Daily Telegraph’s Aloscow correspondent says that the Communist International Congress passed a resolution ordering new tactics in tho agitation abroad by tho elimination of the Bolshevik sectarian tradition, entering into an alliance with the Second International (with which the British Labour Party is affiliated) to ensure a united front against war, Fascism, and capitalism. The resolution points out that tho Communist International’s revolutionary influence is on the increase and orders a radical change in propaganda for the purpose of securing workers’ sympathies by agitation on local affairs, systematically creating and educating stall's and leaders, enabling young Communist Leaguers to work inside athletic, educationaj, social, religious, Fascist, trade unionist, and capitalist bodies throughout the world.
