STAFF CHANGES. Mi Kerr has been on the local staff ioi the past 20 years ami he enjoys a wide circle of friends in 1 almerston North. Mr Kendle, ot the V oodville Post Office, will succeed Mr Kerr. Mr E. J. Edwards, supervisoi in the engineer’s office of the Post and Telegraph Department, is under notice of transfer to Christchurch, where lip will occupy a similar position. Mr Edwards will*not, however, leave lor the south for another month. Mr E. L. F. Oliver, a member ot the staff, has been transferred to the Auckland office, and lie will enter upon his new duties n week hence Mr B. H. Dinnison, of Wellington, who succeeds Mr C. F,. Brian as sii|>ervisoi of the mail room at the local offiice, entered upon his new duties today.
