WEDDING AT KIMBOLTON.
LONDON—JENSEN. On Wednesday afternoon, in St. Saviour’s Anglican Church, Kimbolton, a wedding of interest to the district took place, when Mabel Elsie, elder daughter of Mr and Mrs Neii Jensen, Valley Road, Kimbolton, was married to William Allan Scott, elder son of Mr W. T. London and the late Mrs London, also of Valley Road, Kimbolton. Rev. L. Barnes, was the officiating minister and the church had been beautifully decorated by friends of the bride. Given away by her father, the bride wore a graceful frock of magnolia crepe satin and lace, her embroidered tullo veil, which was fastened at the sides of her head, falling in softest folds from a halo adorned with side clusters of orange blossoms. She carried a sheaf of white camellias, heather and trailers of dainty fern. Four pretty little flower-girls—lris■ Jensen, niece of the bride, and Evelyn, Rae and June Jensen, cousins of the bride —wore frocks of pale lemon georgette with green velvet ribbon encircling their waists. They also wore halos of green leaves and carried Victorian posies in tones of lemon and green. Mr L. London, brother of the bridegroom, was best man. After the ceremony a reception was held at the home of the bride's parents, where Mrs N. Jensen received her guests wearing a frock of floral wine crepe de chine, felt hat to match, and carrying a posy of violets and autumn tints. A number of cheques and many gifts and congratulatory messages were received by the bride and bridegroom. The bride and bridegroom left later to spend their honeymoon in the South, the bride travelling in a navy costume with hat and accessories to match. Their future home will be in Valley Road, Kimbolton.
