OPTIMISTS’ CLUB
The weekly luncheon of the Optimists’ Club was held on Tuesday, at Messrs Collinson and Cunninghame’s, when the club president (Optimist GCameron) presided. New members officially welcomed were Optimists C. Voss and J. Thompson, while Mr Eglinton was also welcomed as a visitor. The speaker for the day was Mr M. W. Williamson, who gave an interesting talk on “Rural England.”
