FEDERAL PREMIER.
CANADIAN JOURNEY. VICTORIA (8.C.), July 15 Mr J. A. Lyons broke his journey across Canada with an hour’s visit to Winnipeg as the guest of the Canadian Pacific Railway. He was taken on a motor tour of the city and visited Manitoba's Parliament House, where he was received by the acting-Premier, Mr Howey.
